MANAGE YOUR ENEGRY NOT YOUR TIME

It is like comparing human body as 6.5 octillion atoms (that’s 6,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 atoms) and to consciousness. Yes, the average 70 kg human body contains this many atoms .The atoms don’t make any use to your mind or body without your consciousness. Without consciousness,you are dead . Atoms are of no use . . Without energy what you will do with time management.

According to quantum dynamics and Vedanta ,time is mithya which is not false but which appears to be true but untrue .In contrary to the popular belief, Sri Krishna did not stopped the time to explain Arjuna Bhagavad Gita . But Sri Krishna delivered the message in a matter of minutes (It is energy management ).. Swami Vivekananda lived for about 39 years only, but with his energy level he taught us what even a man cannot attain even if he lived 120 years each in a different life cycle and will remain in our hearts for another 2500 years minimum . So let us not boost on time management principles .

Time management is second only to energy management. Energy management focuses on our energy levels,enthusiasm,rather than the amount of time we have. You can be with your friend for 1 hour fighting each other or you can decide to take him for lunch, movie and shopping depending on your enthusiasm and or energy . It is your productive time.

And at works, few companies focus on building and sustaining the employees energy-which is typically taken for granted. But notably smaller firms,they become happy if their employees work longer hours ( with out incentives). In fact more the energy levels of the employees. greater is their capacity and more work will be done in less time at a higher level of engagement with more sustainability.

Time is not directly related to energy, but energy is related to time. The direction of time( past to future) can be determined by the flow of energy in the universe. The concept is called ENTROPY. Time is the 4th dimension and finite. Energy is universal and infinite.
